I hired Lisa Shields to help me organize and decorate my office space and I loved that she does interior plant design as well. She immediately got to work and went into every room in my house pulling items together and displaying them in a much better way! She reduced my clutter and made my space more zen! With her extensive knowledge of plants she made my balcony an enchanting place to sit and my front porch a place I love coming home to. She made sure all plants were going to be easy to care for. She is talented at pulling together items you already have and making them shine! Can't wait until we dive into organizing my kitchen!

Lisa Shields completely changed the way my home functions and feels for the better. In two days, without purchasing anything, she transformed my overstuffed, uncomfortable, dark, small home into a bright and airy open layout that makes me so happy. She purged, organized, and rearranged my furniture, lights, and accessories in ways I wouldn’t have thought of so that it all finally makes sense. I especially love the tearoom style area/tarot reading table she created by moving my existing previously cramped wingback chairs and table around. Excited with the progress of my home, I had her back to help me purchase furniture, lighting, and rugs. In addition to organizing and decorating, Lisa is also an interior plant designer so she was able to help me with my existing greenery, bring in other stunning plants, and did a complete makeover of my front patio to create more privacy. She’s a hard working, talented, and perfectly ruthless professional organizer and decorator who will get your home looking the way you’ve always dreamed it could be. She also saved me a lot of money by advising me to cancel an overpriced contract for a design choice I would have regretted - she cares deeply about honoring the bones of your home and ensuring the integrity of your space. Even if you only hire her for a consult it will be worth it. Trust her. Let her do whatever she wants. And if you want to help out, make sure you sleep well, are hydrated, have protein on hand, then buckle up to witness a total transformation of your space.

I work from home, and my apartment was looking like a sad messy office. I felt like I hadn’t left my small grey cubicle behind. I contacted Lisa for help and she really changed the place. She helped me organize all my things and we came up with a system to keep it that way. I love tropical plants and wanted to fill my apartment with them, but I also like to take a more hands-off approach with plants. Thankfully Lisa was able to convince me that that wasn’t the right combination for LA. My apartment now looks clean and green, and I don’t have to be a full time gardener. While we were discussing options, Lisa noticed that I had a great outdoor patio, but I told her I didn’t use it much because it didn’t feel inviting to me. All I had were two old chairs that the previous tenants left behind. We went out there and Lisa told me how with a few potted plants I could have a lot of privacy; a new furniture set, candles, solar lights, and fire pit later my patio is the best room in the apartment. I hang out there all the time (sometimes even work!) and I can actually have friends over (socially distanced of course). I loved working with her, she was extremely thoughtful and really listened to me. She discussed options without being pushy, and even went out of her way to check all of my apartment to make sure she didn’t miss anything. I hadn’t even thought of having her take a look at the patio, and now it is my favorite spot. I would definitely recommend Lisa; If I ever move again I’ll definitely hire her again.

Lisa has impeccable response time to my first inquiry to me asking about the location of something weeks later (and of course she knew exactly where it was!). She was on time and gave me flexibility with how many hours I needed. She helped us move into our house and did our pantry, kitchen, garage and laundry room. She was able to place plants that I already owned in places that made sense and were beautiful. She never wasted a second and made great recommendations for items to order to fit my spaces perfectly. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
